How MistoStay processes data
This page describes how the service currently works. It is not a substitute for individual legal advice.
Informational translation. If versions differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.
Request data
The form may collect a name, phone number, email address, comment, selected hotel, dates, guest and room counts, and a request identifier.
This data is used to process an availability and stay-conditions request.
Technical data and security
IP addresses and technical server logs may be processed to protect the form, limit abuse, diagnose errors and keep the site stable.
Analytics
Analytics tools are configured on the site. Their use and consent settings must match the current service configuration.
The name, phone number, email and comment from a request must not be sent in analytics events.
Retention and enquiries
The final retention period requires an operator decision and is not declared until that decision is made.
A public privacy email still needs operator confirmation.
