About MistoStay
Accommodation search without unsupported promises
MistoStay on HotelBooking.com.ua helps travellers compare stays in Ukraine and send an availability request.
Informational translation. If versions differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.
How the service works
You choose a city and property, provide dates and contact details, and MistoStay forwards the request for review. Sending the form does not create an automatically confirmed booking.
Availability, the final price and stay conditions require separate confirmation after the request.
Where the information comes from
Property cards use accommodation data and available verified or permitted sources. Information may change, so key conditions are confirmed before booking.
Transparency
MistoStay does not claim automatic confirmation, a guaranteed lowest price or room availability before verification is complete.
